Client Spotlight: Raider Nation, Big Energy, and Total Badass Vibes

When this client came in for her first session, it was extra special because we’ve actually known each other forever. Even though we hadn’t seen or spoken to each other in a long time, after our phone call she told me she felt like she could totally be herself — like no time had passed. That instantly helped ease some of the nerves. Boudoir had been on her bucket list for a while. She told me her grandma used to say, “If you got it, flaunt it!” and that stuck with her all these years. She decided it was finally time to give herself that experience. Before her first shoot, there were definitely some anxious butterflies — mostly because she felt a little heavier than she wanted to be and didn’t know what to expect. By the time she came back for her second shoot, though, it was a whole different vibe: she walked in feeling excited, confident, and ready to rock it like a badass model. Client Spotlight: A Liberating Journey Back to Herself

When I first connected with this beautiful client, she told me she had always wanted to do a boudoir session — but never quite had the guts. A good friend of hers, who had shot with me before, introduced us, and she began following my work. When I reached out to invite her to one of my special event sessions, she was hesitant at first. But after we talked, she told me I made her feel at ease, and she decided to go for it. Her “why” was deeply personal. She and her husband had separated after a short time together due to his struggles with addiction. They were preparing for divorce when he entered rehab — and through his journey to sobriety, they rediscovered their love for each other. She wanted to step outside her comfort zone and do something special for him, to reflect the work and love they were pouring back into their relationship.
