 One of my favorite things about boudoir is hearing why women finally take the leap. Every reason is different, and honestly? That’s what makes these sessions so fun. This gorgeous babe told me she had been saving inspo pics for years — pinning outfits, poses, and all the things. But life kept her busy (as it does). Then her boyfriend’s birthday came around and she laughed and said, “I had no idea what to do for him! Lol. But I’ve always wanted to do boudoir. My friend had shot with you, so I texted her and just went for it. After talking to you on the phone, it just felt like the right time.” And that’s usually how it happens. A little push, the right timing, and suddenly… it’s happening. Leading up to her shoot, she wasn’t nervous at all — she was excited . Like, can’t-sleep-the-night-before excited. She told me her brain was going a million miles an hour trying to figure out what to pack, what to prep, what to do. (If you’ve been there, you know exactly what she means 😂). ...

 Not every story needs a name attached to make an impact. This client wanted to stay anonymous, but her energy was way too good not to share. She gave me permission to tell her story—and honestly, it’s the kind of shoot that reminds me why I do this. She had done boudoir before—years ago—but never in a professional setting. This time, she wanted more than snapshots. She wanted a book that felt next-level. Something that embodied real boudoir. Real confidence. Real sex appeal. Real HER. When she pulled up to the studio, she said she wasn’t nervous at all. She had been blasting girl anthems the whole drive down, and by the time she walked in the door, the vibe was on . Big energy.
