Client Spotlight: From Nervous to Radiant – A Boudoir Session She’ll Never Forget

 Okay y’all… I have to brag on this beautiful soul for a second. She booked her boudoir session as a surprise for her fiancé (they’re getting married in September — eeeek!!), and what started as a fun little gift turned into something way deeper.

She told me she was very excited leading up to the session, but like most women, wasn’t totally sure what to expect. I still remember her walking into the studio all bubbly and open-minded — and by the end? She was straight-up glowing

She said the biggest surprise was just how relaxed and fun the whole thing felt. Her exact words? “I had an absolute blast.” (Mission: accomplished 😏)

During her shoot, she felt sexy, confident, and comfortable — and you could see that shift in her body language the second we started shooting. She came alive in front of the camera! We laughed, we posed, we hyped each other up — and she said her favorite part was just having fun with it all, trying different poses and getting to see herself in this new light.

But here’s what really got me — after she saw her final gallery, she said:

“It was the most beautiful I’ve ever felt in my whole life.”

Whew. That right there is why I do this.

When I asked what her favorite photo was, she literally couldn’t choose. (“Everything was my favorite LOL.”) And honestly? I couldn’t pick either — she crushed it.

One of my favorite takeaways from her session was what she shared about confidence:

“It doesn’t matter if you’re a size 2 or a size 20 — you are beautiful from the inside out.”

Yes. Yes. YES. 🙌

She said the experience was a total game-changer — not just because the pictures turned out amazing (which they DID), but because it gave her a level of confidence she didn’t even know she had.

So if you’ve been sitting on the fence, nervous or unsure, here’s her advice:

“100% you should absolutely do this… I think every woman should really consider it. The great thing is, if you don’t want to be super revealing, you don’t have to. And if you do want to go there, you can. It’s all about what you feel comfortable with. But stepping outside your comfort zone was amazing — it made me see how beautiful I truly am.”


I’ll end with what she ended with — because it means the world to me:

“Thank you, Kadee, for helping me see my beautiful self.”
