Client Spotlight- She Booked the Session Nervous, Anxious… and Left Feeling Like a Total Bombshell
When she first saw her friend’s boudoir photos, her jaw dropped. “That’s YOU?!” That was the moment she knew — she had to do it, too.
A friend had recommended me, but it wasn’t until she saw those images that something clicked. It wasn’t just about pretty pictures; it was about seeing someone you thought you knew look completely transformed — powerful, radiant, and hot. That spark lit something in her. So, she booked.
But as the date got closer, the nerves crept in.
“I considered canceling so many times,” she admitted.
She didn’t feel ready. She hadn’t lost the weight she wanted to. She wasn’t tan. She felt unsure, anxious, maybe even a little silly. But something told her to hold on.
And thank God she did.
From the moment she stepped into the studio, the vibe started to shift. Her session ended up being completely unique — there was another client there who had just finished, still buzzing from the experience (and maybe a few too many mimosas). Instead of heading out, that client stayed to be her hype girl, and it turned out to be exactly what she needed.
“We laughed so much. I had my music going. It was a blast.”
She relaxed. She leaned in. And then came that moment.
I snapped one of the first shots, turned the camera around to show her, and her reaction said everything:
“WHOA. Is that me?!”
Right then, her whole energy shifted.
“That image made me realize you were there to make me look HOT — and you knew exactly how to do it.” From that moment on, she was all in.
“That image made me realize you were there to make me look HOT — and you knew exactly how to do it.” From that moment on, she was all in.
The rest of the session was pure fun: twirling in angel wings, lounging on the couch, striking poses that made her feel equal parts sexy and strong. And the laughter — the genuine, can’t-fake-it kind — that’s what made the session magic.
When it came time for her image reveal, she brought her partner with her — the photos were a Christmas gift. She was nervous. Excited. But the moment she saw his reaction?
It changed something.
“Seeing how he saw me… I’ll never forget that.”
There were so many favorites — the wings mid-turn, the heel-grab, the corset shot down her back — but one stood out most: the candid photo of her laughing.
“Seeing myself like that — like I never had before — it hit me.”
That day didn’t just give her photos. It gave her proof.
“I might be a trash panda most days,” she joked, “but I KNOW who I am — and who I can be. I can BE sexy. I can look smoking hot.”
When I asked what she’d tell a friend who was on the fence about booking, she didn’t hold back:
“YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE. You’ll look back in ten years and think about how hot you were — even if you didn’t see it at the time. That never stops. You look good now.”
And her final words?
“I tell everyone to do it. I shocked myself the day I showed up — couldn’t believe I was actually doing it. But now? I can’t wait to come back and do it again.
(…Once I’ve lost some weight and have a tan — kidding!)
But seriously — do it for YOU first. Before you do it for anyone else.”
