Client Spotlight: 100 Pounds Down. Confidence All the Way Back.
Some sessions hit different — and this was one of them.
She booked her boudoir session for two very real, very personal reasons. The first? A 100-pound weight loss. A huge milestone that deserved to be celebrated. She wanted to see herself differently again. To find the confidence that felt like it had gotten a little quiet along the way.
The second reason was just as meaningful — a Christmas surprise for Jerm. Because of him. Because of their relationship. Because she wanted to give something that actually meant something.
When she arrived at the studio, she took it all in — the space, the vibe, the calm. The energy was exactly what I aim for every session: private, relaxing, welcoming… but still fun. No pressure. No judgment. Just a space where you get to be yourself.
And then came the moment that always gets me.
I showed her a sneak peek of the very first image during her session. She looked at it and said, “That girl was sexy AF — and she was me.”
That’s it. That’s the shift. That’s when women stop seeing what they think they look like and start seeing what’s actually there.
When she saw her full gallery for the first time, she was in complete awe. Choosing favorites wasn’t easy — which is exactly how it should be. She wasn’t picking from a place of insecurity… she was picking from a place of confidence.
This experience reminded her of something important: that girl is still in there. The confidence didn’t need to be created — it came rushing back.
When I asked her what her favorite part of the session was, her answer was simple: all of it. The entire experience felt unique, empowering, and unforgettable.
And for any woman sitting on the fence, feeling nervous about booking? Her advice is honest and perfect: “Be nervous. But DO IT.”
Because every woman deserves to feel this at least once. Not just see it in photos — but actually feel it. That moment when you realize how strong, sexy, and confident you really are.
This session wasn’t just about a weight loss milestone or a Christmas gift. It was about stepping back into herself — and I’m so grateful I got to be part of that.
